[모집분야 및 업무내용]
- Lead transactional workflow for new contract, renewal, pricing and commercial execution on advertisement for sales team
- Support marketing related task: congress management, internal workflow, communication
- Manage expense on a monthly basis and register vendor in the system if needed
- Manage general documents including authentication certificate of company seal and certified copy of the register
- Update weekly payment list
- Attend weekly management meeting and take the meeting minutes
- Arrange various company engagement programs and events
- Support commercial and leadership’s initiatives

[자격요건]
Microsoft Office 사용 가능자
업무상 영어 활용 가능자
신입 혹은 경력 2년 이내 (인턴 경력 우대)

[근무조건]
근무기간 : 계약직 1년
근무시간 : 평일 9시 ~ 18시, 주5일 근무 (월~금)
급여 : 신입 기준 3,200만원 내외, 경력 별 협의
근무지 : 서울시 중구
복리후생 : 4대 보험, 연차, 연차수당, 경조사/경조휴가, 명절선물, 생일선물, 퇴직금 등
