1. Indirect Sales admin

[업무내용]
- 모집 분야: Tender & Quote administrator for Indirect sales

- 담당 업무:

 

You are responsible for

  • Responsible for E2E internal process of Indirect Channel business
    Interaction with Marketing, sales and other relevant teams to prepare Quotation and proposal
    Support price simulation and get approval by relevant Approvers in SOFON
  • Contract review and control process – review sales contract completeness and get approval from relevant approvers.
  • Prepare the order documentation and upload DMS for GBS team to proceed to key in SAP aligned with the order acceptance criteria
  • Monitor and make correction(if needed) all orders are input properly as requested and keep update CDD
  • Reporting of order result based on order portfolio update
  • Monitor AR status and report out to stakeholders

 

[지원자격]

  • SAP user preferable
  • MS Office(Excel / PowerPoint) user
  • English communication enable

 

[근무조건]
- 급여조건 : 면접 후 결정(3,000만원 이상)

2. South Sales admin

[업무내용]
- 모집 분야: Tender & Quote administrator for South sales

- 담당 업무:

You are responsible for

  • Responsible for E2E process of South sales team
  • Interaction with Marketing, sales and other relevant teams to prepare bid documentation including quotation and proposal
  • Gathering quotation prerequisites and lead price simulation in SOFON
  • Prepare Commercial Offer (paper or electronic version) including alignment of non-standard terms with relevant stakeholders upon price approved.
  • Support contract review and control process
  • Prepare the order documentation and upload DMS for GBS team to proceed to key in SAP aligned with the order acceptance criteria
  • Monitor and make correction(if needed) all orders are input properly in SAP
  • Reporting of order result based on order portfolio update

3. Marketing

[업무내용]
- 모집 분야: Marketing Assistant for Male grooming

- 담당 업무:

Responsible for assisting in developing marketing strategies and organaizing category campaigns to achieve business objective reporting to PH MKT Head and working with MG Marketing Manager

  1. Supports the work of MG Marketing manager to deliver target P&L.
  2. Collaborate with multifunctional team. (TSM, SCM, DMEC, and Sales team)

 

You are responsible for

1. Support Male Grooming Business

Supports marketing team in organizing various projects (Kaizen & PS) and campaigns

Participates in managing financial goals and P&L including sales target, budget, profits

Assists in optimizing category/ product portfolio through analyzing business performance and identifying market dynamics, consumer behaviors, and insights. 

Deliver operational excellence collaborating with cross functional team.  

 

2. Define consumer insights

Cooperates with the internal marketing research team & agency to track performances of male grooming products and on consumer behavior in order to identify challenges and recommend corrective actions

 

3. Support marketing communication strategy development and plan, and execute. 

Supports consumer communication strategy development for the category

Verifies the effectiveness of the advertisement including media plan

Executes working with internal and external partners such as creative agency, media agency, PR agency, etc.

 

4. Deliver effective internal communication

Cooperates with a APAC Marketing manager and global cateogry managers who are responsible for MG Product portfolio and MarCom, and ensure them to obtain the agreement on local team’s business strategy & new product launching plans.

Effectively communicate with cross functional team via daily meeting.

 

[지원자격]

Ÿ  Knowledge and understanding of B2C business model, retail channel and consumer communication

4. Regulatory Affairs Admin

[업무내용]
- 모집 분야: Regulatory Affairs Admin

- 담당 업무:

In this role, you have the opportunity to

 

Utilize your expertise and knowledge of regulatory in developing and following –up closely the regulatory strategy and deployment within Korea.

 

You will be part of Korea Regulatory team and be the interface mainly of Korea and manufacturers.

 

This role will be responsible for supporting of a variety of regulatory activities in Korea.

Responsibilities to ensure regulatory information management system and proper regulatory strategy and deployment for Business and marketing team and the required packages and deliverables. Capability to translate the regulatory strategy and deployment into patients needs.

 

You are responsible for

·        Responsible for regulatory planning for new product introductions and product changes, and assist in maintaining regulatory compliance.

·        Plan, generate, and coordinate regulatory submissions for product/solution licensing

·        Maintain existing regulatory filings/ licenses, managing updates and related change control processes

·        Assists with implementation of global regulatory and roadmaps through understanding the Competitive market landscape and product Marketing strategy.

·        Develop regulatory strategy, and if needed connect to regulatory SME’s and make regulatory plan

  • Proactive stakeholder management for product.
  • Develops and facilitates regulatory submissions, for new products/solution, existing products/solutions
  • Other regulatory projects as applicable.

·        Ability to understand regulatory environment

·        Ability to understand compliance rules, guidelines and regulations

·        Experience in assembling the technical document

·        Ability to interpret applicable regulations to ensure compliance in a changing regulatory landscape

·        Ability to work in a matrix organization and being agile
