[업무내용]
- 모집 분야: Field Engineer administrator

- 담당 업무:

Key areas of responsibilities

• Reviews and applies appropriate coding to Service Records as an input to the complaints process.
• Screens, evaluates, and monitors basic complaints (products & non-product) resolution.
• Reviews complaint criticality and initiates necessary containment actions, escalating to the manager to determine action.
• Analyzes complaint data, gathers additional data as needed, and partners cross functionally to provide feedback to the BU supporting complaint evaluation and/or to the Market Management Review on potential process and quality improvements.

[지원자격]

-          Must have Intermediate or higher level of English speaking and writing skill
-          Prepared Medical Engineering or Engineering major

[근무환경]
- 급여조건 : 회사 내규에 따름

- 근무위치 : 서울시 중구 서울역 인근

- 근무시간 : 주 5일(월~금) 09:00~18:00
