JOB DESCRIPITON FOR INVENTORY SPECIALIST OF PROTOTYPE
I. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
The position will support all of Prototype SAP transactions in Asia Logistics operations. The Inventory specialist needs to analyze inventory or production in SAP to ensure high level of inventory accuracy at the assigned subcontractor location.
II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1 | Conducts a Fiscal Quarter-end Physical Inventory count audit |
2 | Ensures real time SAP transaction of all receipt and issuances of materials |
3 | Generate a Config/INV label |
4 | Inventory analysis and reconciliation on all materials movement |
5 | Monitoring inventory movement and trigger point in SAP |
6 | Provide document and information for lots receiving and issuing to Qorvo and subcon planner |
7 | Support Shipping process, escalation from Qorvo planner on inventory discrepancies |
8 | Tracking external incoming shipments |
III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS
EDUCATION | A minimum of 2 years college diploma or equivalent |
LICENSING | No specific licensing and certification required |
EXPERIENCE | At least 6 months experience in manufacturing environment in operations and/or inventory control. 유관 전공자 신입 지원 가능 |
SKILLS | -Effectively communication skills in English (verbal and written) |
[근무 조건]
- 급여조건: 연봉 3,000만원 이상
- 근무위치: 인천광역시 연수구 송도미래로 150
- 근무시간: 주5일(월~금) 09:00 ~ 18:00
