[Brand Awareness]
⚫ Responsible for brand building and strong online presence through the management and development of the company website as well as maintenance of official company pages on social media channels.
⚫ Be responsible for market and competitor analysis, as well as sharing this knowledge internally [Internal Branding]
⚫ Regular internal communication to all Kelly Korea employees on Kelly media coverage, upcoming events, news relevant to the industry through internal mailers and the intranet.
⚫ Actively participate in the conceptualisation and planning of internal staff events like annual meetings, mid-year dinners, internal sales drive competitions and so on.
⚫ Maintain close contact with sales & operations teams for specific support activities
⚫ Liaise with counterparts in APAC countries for sharing of ideas and providing any support required
