[업무내용]

This position is responsible for coordinating and managing assigned clinical studies and relevant activities in Korea to gather the required clinical evidence to support the marketing of the Zimmer Biomet products.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to clinical study sites’ management, support clinical study project management and ethics review of studies, perform monitoring and closeout visits, safety reporting, site payments processing, collaborate with study site team to resolve study-related issues. The person is expected to collaborate closely with various Zimmer Biomet functions to ensure timely conduct of the clinical projects and report study status to the line manager in a timely manner.

The person should ensure that all clinical research activities are conducted in accordance to Zimmer Biomet’s policies and procedures to achieve the highest standards of patient safety, quality in our services, world-class integrity and ethical business practices.

1. Manage study site by conducting site monitoring and closeout activities. Support the ethic submission at the study sites. Monitor the study sites periodically to ensure studies are conducted in accordance to the protocol, ethics approval conditions and regulations. Process and manage study site payments.
2. Assess the performance/ compliance level of study sites and take appropriate action necessary to resolve any issues of noncompliance. Facilitate the clinical study agreement negotiation and execution if any amendment is required. Update the status in CTMS and documents regularly.

[자격요건]

§  A bachelor’s degree in the healthcare, life sciences, engineering or related disciplines.

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical research experience (preferably in device trials/studies) in Korea.
• Knowledge of international guidelines and local regulations in the conduct of clinical research especially in medical devices. 
• Knowledge in clinical research methodology and processes from the set up to completion phase of clinical research projects.
• Good technical knowledge in the field of orthopedics and orthopedic implants is advantageous.
