Role Summary

• Support overall demand planning which includes market trends, distribution changes, and promotional planning including underpinning the introduction quantities for the mid and long term demand plan

• Monitoring of supply-demand and communication with Supply centers to ensure the right supply intakes and inventory management by keeping healthy stock level through Aging and Excess stock control

Key Areas of Responsibilities

Demand Planning :

• Update mid-long term rolling forecast in planning system 

• Maintain monthly SKU/Account plan by communicating with sales/MKTG

• Follow S&OP alignment, risks and opportunity

• Phase in and out management

Supply Planning :

• Monitor out of stock or over supplies

• Communication with supply planners on relevant actions

• Inventory Management (Excess, Aging stock)

[Requirements and Qualifications]

- SCM/영업관리 관 경력자 우대 (필수 아님)

- Comprehensive know-how about sales processes

- Able to operate in dynamic environment with high interaction levels

- Self starter, able to drive changes in complex environment

- Good communication skills

[근무조건]

- 근무형태: 맨파워 소속의 파견 계약직 6개월
