Production management: - Establishing work standards for ship building, directing/assigning workers, and performing management supervision tasks - Input, facilities, materials management and quality control of processes according to production plans - Conduct disaster prevention activities such as predicting/judging accident risk factors and establishing safety environment management standards to prevent them - Coordinate and respond to (overseas) ship owners/supervisors regarding production processes and issues |
