Safety Internal Sales Intern 직무 기술서

Job Title: Safety Internal Sales Intern

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Internal Sales Intern to join our dynamic safety sales team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in sales support, customer relationship management, and sales operations, while also giving you exposure to the strategies and tactics used to drive sales in a fast-paced business environment. As an intern, you will play a key role in assisting the safety teams with day-to-day activities and contribute to the growth of the company's sales efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing and processing sales orders and quotations.
  • Help maintain and update the CRM system with customer information and sales activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales report, and other internal documents.
  • Help respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve basic issues.

 

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in the preparation and management of sales-related documents such as proposals, Bidding data, contracts, and agreements.
  • Help organize and schedule sales meetings and calls.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team as required.

 

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Assist in the follow-up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Support sales managers in managing client communication and schedule follow-up meetings or calls.
  • Help track customer interactions and contribute to maintaining long-term customer relationships.

 

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales, operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Participate in team meetings, workshops and contribute ideas to improve sales processes.

 

 

Skills & Competencies:

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to develop a career in sales.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.

EPC Project Engineering Team Intern직무 기술서

 

Job Title: EPC Project Engineering Team Intern

Position Overview:

As an EPC Engineering Project Team Intern, you will support and coordinate various aspects of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects to ensure adherence to project schedules and milestones.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1.      EPC Project Document Control

o   Assist in the preparation and management of EPC project documents, including data sheets, quality documents, inspection procedures, and reports.

o   Monitor and submit vendor documents in a timely manner to maintain project flow.

 

2.      EPC Project Coordination

o   Track the progress of EPC project procurements, covering both main and third-party products.

o   Coordinate closely with customers and relevant stakeholders to maintain alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

o   Oversee delivery schedules and ensure timely execution of deliverables within the EPC project timeline.

 

3.      EPC Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) Support

o   Assist in preparing and conducting visual and functional tests during FAT.

o   Ensure necessary stocks are in place to facilitate FAT.

o   Prepare and maintain documentation for FAT processes.

 

Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred (Electrical, Chemical, Telecommunication, or related fields).
  • Proficiency in English (intermediate level, verbal and written).
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Self-motivated with a strong interest in developing a career in the EPC or engineering field.
  • Effective task management and prioritization abilities.
  • AutoCAD (2D) experience optional.
